Stephan Buerger studied architecture at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London (AADipl(Hons), 1998) and at the Graduate School of Design, Harvard University (MArch II, 2001). He is a registered architect with the Chamber of Austrian Architects (ZT) and the Architects’ Registration Board in the UK. Stephan was Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Architecture of the University of Patras and has taught at the Career Discovery Programme, Graduate School of Design, Harvard University (2000), the Boston Architecture Center (2000) and at the School of Architecture, University of Lund (1999). Stephan was editor of ‘DOMES’ International Review of Architecture from 2005 until 2011. His previous work experience includes EDAW, Shanghai (2004), Foster and Partners, London (2001-2003), Arakawa and Madeleine Gins, New York (1996) and Roland Rainer Architects, Vienna (1992-1993).
